What it costs
Delivery is a flat $3 to every address in the country.
Helping us find you
When you order, you drop a pin on a map. Search a landmark you know, tap roughly where you are, or let your phone find you, then drag the pin until it sits on your actual door. That exact spot travels onto the order, so the person delivering is looking at where you are rather than at a sentence describing it.
Knowing where your order is
You hear from us at every stage:
- When the order lands with us
- When it has been packed
- When it is on its way to you
- When it has been delivered
Every one of those emails has a WhatsApp button on it, so if something is wrong, we are one tap away. You can also see the status of any order any time in your account.
Changed your mind
You can cancel your own order yourself, from your account, right up until it leaves us. No email, no asking, no waiting for somebody to reply. Once it is on its way it is too late to cancel.
